Packed Columns are used for the continuous contact between liquid and gas. The counter current packed column is the most common type of unit encountered in gaseous pollutant control for the removal of undesirable gas, vapor or odor. This type of column is widely used in chemical & pollution control industries.

Liquid distribution plays an important role in the efficient operation of a packed column. A good packing from a process viewpoint can be reduced in effectiveness by poor liquid distribution across the top of its upper surface. Poor distribution reduces the effective wetted packing area and promotes liquid channeling. The final selection of the mechanism of distributing the liquid across the packing depends on the size of the column, type of packing, tendency of packing to divert liquid to column walls and material of construction for distribution.For well distributed liquid flow and reduced channeling of gas and liquid to produce efficient use of packed bed, the impingement of the liquid onto the bed must be as uniform as possible.
These are used for scrubbing hazardous gases like HCL, CL2, SO2, NH3, HNO3, H2SO4 & various noxious acid / alkali fumes etc. As the different plants generate different gases, solutions used as scrubbing media will be different.. These Scrubber columns are made out of industrial plastics like FRP, PVC/FRP, PP/FRP, PVDF/FRP, FRB, and FRVE etc.

We design, manufacture and install venture Scrubbers. These are used for removing particles or polluted gases from an exhaust gas stream. Water sprays can be injected into the gas stream, gas can be forced to pass through sheets or films of liquid or the gas can move through beds of plastic spheres covered with liquid. Each of these techniques can effectively remove particulate matter from process exhaust gases.
Venturi Scrubbers are mainly designed to incorporate small dust particles into larger water droplets. These larger droplets containing the captured particles are then collected by simple mechanism such as gravity, impaction on baffles or by cyclonic action.
The venturi Scrubbers can be represented as having two zones, a contact zone (Particle Capture) and a separation zone (Droplet capture). To achieve a high collection efficiency of particulates by impaction, a small droplet diameter and high relative velocity between the particle and droplet are required. This is often accomplished in a venture scrubber by introducing the scrubbing liquid at right angles to a high velocity gas flow in the venture throat. Very small droplets are formed, and high relative velocities are present. The large number of small droplets, combined with the turbulence in the throat section, provides numerous impaction targets for particle collection.

We Design, Manufacture and Install all types of Reaction Vessel with Agitator and Gear-Box Assembly. These vessels are designed with special considerations as per user’s requirement such as rotating speed of agitator with different types of Gear-Box and required capacity of equipment which are high in quality and gives trouble free performance.   These reaction vessels are designed for acid & alkali etc. The material of construction depends on chemicals used, temperature during process and depending on required pressure etc. These are fabricated out of industrial plastics like PP, FRP, PVC/FRP, PP/FRP, PVDF/FRP, FRB, and FRVE etc of various shapes & sizes as per client's operational requirements.

The settling Tanks are mainly used for separation of metallurgical particles from liquid. These Tanks are designed with custom made sizes as per user’s requirements which are high in quality and efficiency.  These settling tanks are designed for acid & alkali etc. These are fabricated out of industrial plastics like PP, FRP, PVC/FRP, PP/FRP, PVDF/FRP, FRB, and FRVE etc.

The Nutche filters are mainly used for filtration process for separation of solid particles known as cake from liquid. These Nutche Filters are designed with special consideration such as Pressure, Temperature and Chemical used for filtration with special filter cloth with different microns as per user’s requirement.
These Nutche Filters are designed for easy handling and for safe operation with custom made sizes as per user’s requirements which are high in quality and efficiency. These are fabricated out of industrial plastics like PP, FRP, PVC/FRP, PP/FRP, PVDF/FRP, FRB, and FRVE etc.

We manufacture and supply pipes and fittings for acid and other chemical applications which are made out of various resins like Isopthalic, Vinylester, Bisphenol, Superior Vinylester and other imported resin. These can be also supplied with dual laminated plastics like PP/FRP, PVC/FRP, and PVDF/FRP etc of various sizes. We also undertake turnkey projects of Supply & Erection of pipes & fittings at user's site.

We design manufacture and install fume cupboards and cabinets for acidic fumes etc. These are mainly used in laboratories and for Acid fillings etc. Fume cabinets are mainly used for drum filling at user’s site where some sort of gas spillage occurs during filling. The outlet of cabinet will be connected to scrubbers so that the environment will be free from pollution. These are fabricated out of industrial plastics like PP, FRP, PVC/FRP,PP/FRP, PVDF/FRP, FRB, and FRVE etc of various shapes & sizes as per client's operational requirements.

We manufacture and install Cable trays for various sizes of Electrical cables with or without perforation. These are mainly used at Pharmaceutical & Chemical Plants where highly corrosion occurs. These are fabricated out of industrial plastics like PP, FRP, PVC/FRP, PP/FRP, PVDF/FRP, FRB, and FRVE etc of various shapes & sizes as per client's operational requirements.
